THERAPY THAT MAKES ROOM FOR YOU
A space to take off the mask, make sense of what hurts, and find a way forward. Come as you are. We’ll begin there.

WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
You may know exactly what brings you here.
Or you may just know something needs to change.
There’s room for both.
A SPACE THAT’S YOURS
Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or a life that no longer feels like your own. Together, we can explore what’s happening, notice patterns, and build a path toward the changes that matter to you.
Adults 18+ · Telehealth in Kansas & Pennsylvania
Not sure which service fits? You don’t need to figure that out alone. Let’s start with a conversation.
BRAINSPOTTING
Brainspotting is an approach I use within therapy to explore the connection between where you look, what you feel, and what you notice in your body.
We can talk about whether it belongs in your care. You have a voice in the process, and you can pause or choose another approach.
WHAT A SESSION CAN INCLUDE
We talk about what you’d like support with, what feels manageable, and how to let me know when you need a pause.
An introduction to the process, not a therapy exercise. Experiences vary; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
CARE THAT MEETS YOUR LIFE
Meaningful work can happen across a screen.
Adult telehealth is available in Kansas and
Pennsylvania, subject to fit and availability.
Meet from a private, stationary location where you can speak comfortably. We’ll confirm your physical location and make a plan for connection issues before beginning.
IN-PERSON SUPPORT
Children and teens ages 6–16 can be seen in person in Wichita, Kansas. We’ll discuss your child’s needs and how caregivers can be involved.
NATALIE VALLE, LCMFTTHE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE
Hi, I’m Natalie. I’m a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, and I believe your story deserves to be heard without shame.
I earned my master’s in Family Therapy at Friends University, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook University.
My 15 years in the U.S. Air Force shaped how I understand resilience, identity, and the transitions that ask us to start again. In therapy, we’ll look at your experiences, your relationships, and the patterns you want to change.
You don’t have to arrive with the right words or have it all figured out. We’ll work together to understand what matters to you.
Tell me your story; I’m listening…

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
Starting therapy is a step.
You deserve to know what comes next.
We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, current availability, and whether my services may be a fit. From there, we can talk through scheduling, paperwork, fees, and your questions. Reaching out doesn’t commit you to starting therapy.
Use the service inquiry form to send a brief message to my practice. Or choose Email Natalie directly to open your email app with natalievalle.mln@gmail.com filled in, then press Send in your email app. If an app doesn’t open, use Copy email address and paste it into your email service. You can also use the service inquiry form below. If you are unsure whether your inquiry reached me, please call (316) 617-2694.
No. You can start with what feels difficult, what you hope might change, or simply that you’re unsure where to begin. We can make sense of it together.
Sessions generally last 50–55 minutes. Early sessions focus on understanding your concerns, gathering background, and building a treatment plan together. We’ll discuss any different session arrangements directly.
Please contact me to confirm current fees, accepted plans, and coverage for your location and type of service before scheduling. Insurance participation and benefits can vary.
No. Brainspotting is one option we can discuss. You don’t need years of talk therapy first, and you don’t need to decide before we meet. We’ll consider your preferences, needs, and readiness together.
Your physical location during the session matters. Adult telehealth options shown here are for Kansas and Pennsylvania. If you’ll be elsewhere, contact me before scheduling or traveling so we can discuss what is possible.
